Museum of London/Barbican
The Museum of London enlisted Universal Design Studio to design new hospitality venues within the rotunda garden as part of its redevelopment work. The Museum building, created by Powell and Moya, is an icon of London design, with its bold rotunda invoking the Roman garrison whose remains lie beneath it. High-quality, natural, raw materials and finishes have been carefully selected to augment the monochromatic and richly textured concrete shell.
